Relax and Unwind with Mindful Yoga Join Brooke Peplinski, MA, LPC, at Baylor Scott & White for Mindful Yoga, which combines mindful meditation practices and Hatha yoga. Classes focus on slow-paced stretching, Pranayama breathing exercises, seated meditation, beginner poses, relaxation techniques and a way to achieve inner peace. Students of all levels are invited to attend in comfortable clothing, with a yoga mat and water bottle. Sessions are $10 each.
